Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied in accordance
with UAE Federal Tax Law, where applicable.

Production begins only after receipt of the agreed deposit.
Remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Defects or Damage

We will offer repair or replacement if applicable. Monetary refunds are not issued.
4.4 Order Errors
If the error is confirmed to be on our side, we will correct it at no additional cost.
